Shift: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Hybrid 2-3 days on-site per week
Job Description

Objectives/Purpose (3-4 bullets)
Key objectives include:
Support all aspects of payroll operations processing, including ADP payroll BAU process deployment to ensure a consistent focus and involvement in driving efficiencies and process improvements Partner with other payroll team members in the development of processes to enhance payroll services, ensuring optimum customer service delivery Liaise with People Solutions teams - including Compensation & Benefits, Equity, Mobility, Employee Life Cycle Management and People Resources Hub, working with all HR functions to ensure consistent and accurate flow of information and issue resolution.
Manage equity transactions, domestic relocation reporting, and international mobility payments and reporting for expat and inpat population

Coordinate with Relocation vendors to ensure quarterly and annual reporting is managed successfully, and to ensure mobility data is reconciled and processed accurately and timely.
Partner with Equity team to ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with Plan requirements.
Oversee the schedule of Employee movements for expat/inpat international assignments & transfers home based in North America and Canada, partnering with vendors to provide all da-ta needed to correctly record assignment expenses.
Coordinate and advise 3rd party vendors to ensure correct recording of cross-country equity transactions for employees on international assignments & transfers
Partner with Payroll Compliance team to ensure all tax adjustments for quarter end and Year End are processed correctly
Provide support to payroll operations team for escalated issues or project-based work
Create and maintain payroll operations process documentation
Ensure a consistent focus and involvement in driving efficiencies and process improvements
Effectively and actively engage on multiple, parallel projects as needed

50% Support Equity & Mobility activities including payroll transactions and vendor information exchange
15% Audit/Validate payroll transactions and results for weekly payroll pro-cessing
10% BAU process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement
15% Lead payroll team projects and participate in other projects as required
10% Cross functional People Solutions teams collaboration efforts
Dimensions and Aspects
Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise (Breadth and depth of knowledge, application and complexity of technical knowledge)
3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing required, with in depth knowledge and application of payroll principles, concepts and industry practices and standards
Knowledge of ADP payroll systems, Workday HCM and Kronos Time-keeping systems re-quired
Requires extensive experience partnering with Mobility team and vendors to manage the pay-roll reporting requirements for both domestic and global assignments
Knowledge of Equity plans for payroll reporting purposes
Experience working within a high growth company with proven ability to multi-task within a multi entity structure
Must be detail and goal oriented and have strong follow-through skills.
Professionalism in dealing with customers and ability to work with other internal resources is required.
