Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Resident Experience & Volunteerism position.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Acts philosophy of engagement and well-being is implemented and practiced for our independent living residents. Oversees all life engagement team members within the communities. Reviews community events and opportunities through the monthly calendar to ensure the programming aligns with resident interests and well-being needs, resident life stories, and all areas of engagement. Oversees the volunteer programs in all communities and assists with developing positions for volunteers to enhance current programming and create new opportunities.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Bachelor's degree in event planning, administration, gerontology, psychology, education, creative/performing arts, or a related human services field

Minimum of 8 years' experience in planning group and individual events, preferably for older adults

Experience in a non-profit or charitable organization, preferably as a volunteer coordinator or director

Pay Range:
$79,000.00 - $97,500.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
