What you'll do as a Senior Manager, Operations

Provide leadership and oversee daily operations, taking an active role in managing tasks and processes, including staffing, employee relations, and ensuring adherence to design standards and safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations

Creates and maintains good working relationships with clients, employees and subcontractors

Conduct regular planning meetings to monitor quality and address any operational issues

Participate in financial forecasting and help prepare budgets to align with organizational goals

Collaborate with senior leadership to implement and enforce company policies and procedures

Represent the company at damage prevention forums and community meetings.

Oversee and approve daily load management activities to ensure efficient operations.

Assist in developing and enforcing project procedures, schedules, cost controls, and reporting for various areas

Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to determine priorities and work phases, to include identifying potential changes to project scope and communicating their impacts to the team

Travel up to 75%

What you'll need

To be 18 years of age or older

Authorization to work in the United States for this company

High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience

Ten or more years of experience in related field (Construction, Telecommunications, etc)

Five or more years of experience as a Manager

Additional qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Splicing experience

Physical abilities & exposures

Routinely: Operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, use keyboard & mouse

Occasionally: Lift greater than 55 pounds
