Responsibilities:

CT Imaging: Perform CT scans according to established protocols, demonstrating an understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology.

Patient Care: Prepare and administer contrast media as needed, adhering to hospital policies. Monitor patients during scans and provide compassionate care.

Quality Assurance: Maintain knowledge of radiation protection and safety standards. Use critical thinking, professional, and ethical judgment to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and other team members to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information.

Qualifications:

Education:

Completion of a post-high school diploma program in Radiologic Technology.

Certifications and Licensure:

BLS Certification.

RT (R) (ARRT) or RT (R) (CT) (ARRT) or RT (N) (CT) (ARRT).

Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in medical terminology and Microsoft Outlook.
