Description:
The Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health TCV PLEA team seeks an experienced, enthusiastic and creative grants development professional to join our us. As Devereux's Grants Manager, you will identify, prepare, submit and steward external grants both through private foundations and corporate/government sources in Western Pennsylvania. You will identify strategic priorities of interests to the grants community and lead multi-disciplinary teams of high-level professionals to acquire the necessary program, budget and outcomes information to develop successful grants proposals.

Strong writing, analytical, planning, communication and organizational skills will be essential in helping to identify, research, pursue, and steward grants to support the individuals served by TCV and PLEA. Additionally, you will help monitor changes/trends in the grant development environment, particularly in Western Pennsylvania, and serve as internal resource/expert regarding grant development, trends, models and best practices.

Remote position, working part-time, up to 20 hours/week, with an expectation to be in the Homestead offices as part of their weekly schedule. Familiarity with Western Pennsylvania grant-makers and the funding environment is required.

Competitive Salary and Benefits-$32/hour to $36.50/hour

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or other related field.

Additional technical training in Grant Writing, Charitable Giving, and/or Public Relations required;

Minimum of two years of experience in writing grants, conducting research, establishing and monitoring systems to track grant proposals and managing associated databases;

Experience in a not-for-profit, behavioral health, healthcare or other educational organization is preferred;

Exceptional written/oral communication and project management skills;

Team player/Servant Leader attitude and outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels and diverse groups;

Ability to work independently in a matrixed organization with local and remote stakeholders;

Proficiency with word processing, database management and presentation software.
