Hours: Full Time: Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Assists with appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Works on a variety of special projects as needed with multi-tasking as necessary
- Takes initiative, uses good judgment, understands deadlines and carries multiple projects through to completion with many interruptions
- Works independently under general direction while prioritizing work
- Assists in coordinating a variety of monthly and quarterly local and branch award programs
- Greets guests, maintain the reception area and assisting office staff
- Answering telephones, filing, data entry, scanning and preparing reports.
- Demonstrates accurate knowledge of services of the Company and provide information by answering questions and requests
- Develops and maintains effective working relationships with Management and Support Center staff
- Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
- Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department
- Follows all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements
- Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to go out in the field as needed to provide care to patients
- 1 year of administrative or office experience
- Ability to handle confidential aspects of the role
- Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong oral and written skills
- Reliable Tranportation
- Assesses work load and re-prioritize as needed, handling multiple task under tight deadlines
- Works under pressure and deals with interruptions and other unexpected events and make necessary adjustments
- Interacts professionally with all levels of management and staff
