Expected salary range of $158,400 to $176,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Responsibilities:
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Responsible for providing overall coordination and control of Asset Optimization and Business Planning functions within Exelon Power. Responsible for the delivery of annual business plans, benchmarking and Asset Optimization studies and performance reports for Exelon Power.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provides leadership and guidance to the Asset Optimization process, including short and long term strategic initiatives that align with Constellation Power business goals. Provides recommendations to Power management surrounding fleet trends, fleet-wide optimization initiatives, and best practices
Drives annual long-range business planning process, including development of goals and initiatives, and incentive design for Exelon Power. Prepares business plan documents and related presentations and meet all required timetables.
Review of performance indicators, benchmarking criteria, financial indicators and other metrics to ensure that the assets are measured appropriately and consistently.
Manages the functions of Constellation Power Business Operations analysts and assures development and supervision of staff to promote continued career growth and benefit to the organizations they support.
Provides oversight of investment evaluations on potential wind development projects, performs due diligence on assumptions and facilitates approval of projects.
Facilitates identification, review and mitigation of risks within Constellation Power.
Supports due diligence on potential asset acquisitions; supports Corporate Development and GenCo initiatives (Project Financing, Asset sales, etc)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
BS degree in business, finance, accounting or economics
10+ years professional experience
3+ years managerial experience
RHR Selection
Excellent analytical skills/experience in valuations
Results oriented with demonstrated leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal, presentations and communication skills, including verbal and written
Strong computer skills, including knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
Must be productive managing in a matrix environment
