The Senior Financial Analyst will provide in-depth financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to support manufacturing operations. This role is essential in driving strategic decisions that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Description

  • Conduct thorough financial analyses to evaluate manufacturing costs, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts, collaborating with production and operational teams.
  • Analyze production costs and recommend strategies for cost reduction and process improvements.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including monthly performance reviews and variance analyses.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and project evaluations.
  • Perform financial modeling and ad hoc analyses to assess the impact of new projects or capital expenditures.
  • Identify and implement best practices in financial reporting and analysis to enhance efficiency.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CMA) preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (Excel, ERP systems).
  • Knowledge of manufacturing cost structures and financial metrics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting financial information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
