Pay Rate: $16/HR Location: Latrobe, Pennsylvania Shift Times: 2 Available 5 AM to 1:30 PM 2:30 PM to 11 PM EARN EXTRA CASH FOR SIGNING UP & REFERRALS! If you start working with MGR, we are offering $100 cash bonus after your first 2 weeks of work with no absences. You can then earn an additional $100 cash for another 2 weeks working with no absences. That's $200 cash bonus just for working for 1 month! Know someone looking for work? If you know someone who is also looking for work, we are offering $150 cash bonus for EACH referral you provide that works minimum 2 weeks! Responsibilities: Organize and stack lumber according to warehouse protocols Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals. Requirements: Must be punctual and ready to work 5 minutes before scheduled shifts Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds including good physical stamina Proficiency in organizing and stacking lumber like a jigsaw puzzle Own and bring your own PPE which is steel toe boots, hard hat, gloves, and safety goggles Experience working in a lumber warehouse, yard or sawmill is necessary No headphones, headsets or cell phones allowed on the warehouse floor whatsoever If you work out well, there is a possibility of being hired on by the client after 3 months, which could include full benefits such as medical and dental plus a potential increase in pay If you are reliable, hardworking, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply. Job Description : You will be working for a leading provider of a lumber company. This role will include stacking lumber in a highly organized fashion.
