Overview:
This is a hybrid role - 2 days remote and 3 days in the Malvern, PA office.
CubeSmart is currently seeking a Operations Administrator to join our Operations team at our corporate office in Malvern, Pa. The Operations Administrator oversees the strategic planning and implementation of facilities operational programs and services. This role creates and analyzes reports to support multiple Divisions (DVPS, DMS, and store teammates) and provides on-going communication and operational support within multiple Division.

Responsibilities:
Looks for ways to streamline work across divisions for consistency, effectiveness, and efficiencies
Serves as a trusted resource for Divisional VPs and critical partner in supporting the divisions
Directs implementing operational policies and procedures for facilities and ensures consistent standard of operations procedures across divisions using strong follow-up skills
Compiles weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports (such as BVA, discounts, unavailable cubes truck rental usage, etc.) and provides information to multiple Divisional VPs and District Managers
Ensures consistency across divisions by writing clear and concise memos, emails, and letters for internal and external audiences
Research customer claims, complaints, and/or property damage and coordinates with store and other CubeSmart teammates to ensure timely compliance and resolution of concerns
Reviews and tracks customer concerns, and audits for completion and compliance
Works regularly with store teammates to make changes in the store point of sale system such as merchandise adjustments, cube attributes, cube conversions, and pricing
Completes required workflows and ensures store information is updated and correct in INFO
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publication, and establishing personal networks
Special projects as assigned
Answer store teammate & DM questions and when appropriate, connects them to hCube resources
Qualifications:
Minimum Required Qualifications (including Programs/systems experience)
Some college preferred or equivalent work experience
5+ years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple people
Superior oral and written communication skills with an ability to communicate with all levels of teammates and business partners
Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously, and meet established deadlines
Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, initiative, and minimal supervision
Ability to write clear and concise business correspondence
Strong computer skills, which includes MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, and spreadsheet design
Ability to compile and analyze divisional data and provide thoughtful conclusions and recommendations
Excellent interpersonal skills and judgement
