Job description

Job Duties:

Performs a range of custodial tasks including:

Taking out trash, tidying furniture and

dusting surfaces,

Sweeping and mopping floors,

Vacuuming,

Washing and sanitizing bathroom fixtures

with germicidal cleaners and restocking

restrooms,

Cleaning mirrors and windows,

Watering plants (interior and exterior)

and cleaning exterior surfaces,

Performing minor repairs.

Learns and adheres to all applicable health and safety regulations and policies.

Assists with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum-

High School Diploma/GED

Generally less than 2 years' experience in a related field

Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.

Must be able to work independently.

Effectively communicate and interact with staff, management and customers.

Efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.

Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.

Medium strength. Ability to lift 1-50 pounds.

Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Shift:

Monday - Friday

3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Preferred-

Skill and knowledge to perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC repairs strongly preferred.

USD 15.87 - 23.75 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $15.87 - $23.75/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
