Job description

General Responsibilities:
This role provides counseling in an outpatient clinic setting.
Responsible for developing and maintaining a professional and supportive relationship with clients, as well as providing specialized therapeutic interventions.
Responsible for providing clinical and supportive guidance to therapeutic staff.
Collaborates with program supervisor to ensure that the program is operating efficiently and effectively.
Provides individual, couple, family and group therapy sessions.
Education/Training: A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology required. A current LCSW, LMFT, or LPC preferred.

Experience: A minimum of three (3) years' post graduate experience in related positions normally required.
