American Insurance Administrators, Alera Group company is are seeking a motivated Sales and Service Representative to join our team. This position focuses on delivering exceptional service to clients, cross-selling within our existing book of business, and acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to sales.

• Quote and sell new Personal Lines Policies, ensuring accurate maintenance of client records in both digital and paper formats.
• Cross-sell to existing clients by obtaining expiration dates of policies and maintaining an up-to-date prospect database.
• Review and renew coverage for existing accounts, remarketing policies as necessary or upon client request.
• Complete and submit change requests, endorsements, and amendments while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Maintain comprehensive client files and documentation, adhering to established procedures for account management and customer communication.

• High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Preferred)
• Maintain required insurance licensing
