Overview:
IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBERS STARTING AT $21.12/HR

Cresline Plastic Pipe Co., Inc. is an established nation-wide manufacturer seeking dedicated individuals to join our production team at our Mechanicsburg, PA location. As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in maintaining our high production standards.

Our compensation package includes:

Competitive Wage - current starting pay is $21.12/hour

Shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Job Duties:
Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment to manufacture products according to specifications

Complete production orders within set timeframes while maintaining quality standards

Perform regular quality control checks to identify and address any defects or issues

Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished products

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Must be able to work ANY 8-hour shift.

Must be willing to work overtime opportunities to support production demands

Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time

Must be able to push/pull objects across work area

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends

Good communication skills and ability to work well with others

Must be able to speak, read and communicate in English fluently

Prior experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but not required
