DEPARTMENT: Outpatient
POSITION: Outpatient Therapist
STATUS: Full Time; 37.5 hours / week
SCHEDULE/HOURS: Monday through Friday
LOCATION:Monroeville and Wilkinsburg

Milestone Centers, a subsidiary of Partners For Quality Inc., is a nonprofit, community-based human services agency supporting individuals with behavioral health challenges and intellectual & developmental disabilities in communities throughout Western Pennsylvania. Milestone Centers has earned certification from the Sanctuary Institute for providing trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities:

The Outpatient Therapist will be responsible for providing direct service to children, adolescents and adults on an assigned caseload. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Completes all clinical documentation within required parameters
Provides case management to clients on caseload which includes but is not limited to participation in case conferences, psychiatric consultation, linkage and consultation with external service providers and with other levels of care within Milestone
Meets or exceeds established productivity standards for scheduling and providing direct service (100% scheduling, 60% productivity)
Functions as a member of the treatment team
Attends required meetings
Participates in clinical supervision

Qualifications:
Master's degree
Minimum one (1) year post master's experience
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist or License eligible and willingness / ability to obtain License
Knowledge of various schools of Psychotherapy
Experience providing therapy for substance abuse, preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use a computer
Act 33, 34 and FBI Clearances
Minimum Compensation: USD $45,000.00/Yr. Maximum Compensation: USD $50,000.00/Yr.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
