Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tow Truck Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in towing and transport operations, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage a team of tow truck drivers, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently

- Schedule and assign tasks to drivers, taking into account availability and workload

- Train and mentor new drivers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively

- Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, including tow trucks, tools, and safety gear

- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols

- Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely response to service calls and efficient routing for drivers

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Maintain accurate records of all towing and transport activities, including invoices, payments, and vehicle information

- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in automotive technology or related field is a plus

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in towing and transport operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role

- Strong knowledge of towing equipment and techniques, as well as local and state regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and towing software

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to work after hours and weekends as needed by our community.
