Job Title: Contract Accounts Payable Administrator
Location: Philadelphia, PA (onsite)
Type: Contract

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator with significant experience in managing accounts payable processes and knowledge of federal housing regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, either through a BA degree in Accounting or a minimum of one year of financial management experience. Confidentiality and accuracy are key in this role, as you will be handling sensitive financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process a high volume of accounts payable invoices and payments.

Ensure compliance with federal housing regulations in all accounts payable functions.

Maintain accurate records of payments and invoices, ensuring timely processing.

Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial data and transactions.

Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports as needed.

Qualifications:

BA degree in Accounting or a minimum of 1 year of financial management experience.

Extensive knowledge of accounts payable processes, with the ability to manage heavy AP workloads.

Familiarity with federal housing regulations.

Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Preferred:

Experience in the housing or real estate sector.

Knowledge of accounting software

Contract Duration: 6 months
Schedule: M-F, 9am 5pm
