Job description

High School Diploma or equivalency required. Associate Degree preferred. One (1) year of prior claims experience preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Knowledge of medical billing/CPT and ICD 9 coding or related experience required. Healthcare or managed care experience preferred. Minimum 35 wpm typing preferred. Working knowledge of PC applications in a windows based environment. Working knowledge of EXP/Macess and Facets operating systems. Displays the ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time. Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills.
