Job description

Our client is a leading healthcare services institution in Philadelphia, PA seeking a Contract Compensation Analyst to join their team on a temporary basis. Ideally, our client is seeking a strategic-minded and analytical individual to support their functions including designing and implementing competitive compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Compensation professional.
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
  • Excellence in project management and meeting critical deadlines
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience with compensation surveys and market pricing

About the Job:

  • Conduct comprehensive job evaluations and classifications to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Drive the annual compensation review cycle and manage merit increase processes
  • Perform in-depth market analyses and participate in compensation surveys to maintain competitive positioning
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and evaluate job descriptions, establishing appropriate salary ranges
  • Design and maintain compensation structures that align with organizational objectives
  • Provide expert consultation to leadership on compensation-related decisions and policy interpretation
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate managers on compensation philosophy and practices
  • Ensure timely processing of compensation adjustments and position modifications
  • Create and maintain total rewards documentation and communication material

Our client is located in Philadelphia, PA and will be operating this position on a hybrid workplace-model. As mentioned, this is a Contract position and would be paying up to $40 per hour based on experience.
