Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Tax Manager /Senior Tax Manager to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on managing the tax needs of high net worth individuals, with an emphasis on completing and reviewing trust and estate tax returns. You will collaborate closely with clients to provide tailored tax strategies that align with their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for high net worth individuals, trusts, and estates.
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize clients' tax situations.
  • Advise clients on various tax-related matters, including estate planning and charitable giving.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Stay current with tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
  • Participate in business development efforts to attract new clients.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's in Taxation or an equivalent degree preferred.
  • CPA certification is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of tax experience, with a focus on high net worth individuals, trusts, and estates.
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
