Internal Medicine Opening - Philadelphia Position Details - Full-time, permanent- The hours of operation for the practice are Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30 pm (with some occasional extended hours).- There is a shared call rotation (no weekends).- Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the whole family. Provider will be seeing all ages.- 15-20 patients/day- ACO clinical wraparound support services- The selected physician will join an established practice based in a renovated office space. - The practice has full medical and administrative support including on site laboratory services.- In-network specialist referral- Allows for this provider to practice outpatient prenatal care- EPIC EMR Compensation and Benefits: - 265K Base + incentives- Generous Time Away from Work with additional dedicated CEU time - Robust benefits package to include day 1 medical, dental, vision, paid short- and long-term disability- Paid dues, such as professional memberships, licensure, etc.- Allowance for CME, plus 5 days for attendance paid- 403(b) with a company match up to 10%- Professional Liability Insurance with tail- License and DEA reimbursement- Health Savings Accounts (HSA)- Flexible spending accounts (health, dependent care) Requirements - Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics
