Beacon Hill is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Docketing Specialist to join a team for a short-term critical data entry docketing project. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a prestigious law firm and enhance your skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

- Will be learning and utilize Milana, cloud-based docketing software.

- Will be collaborating with team members to ensure seamless data migration.

- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail during the data entry process.

- Previous experience in data entry or a related administrative role is preferred.

- Familiarity with docketing systems and court filing procedures (federal and state) is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data handling.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
