Job description

On-Site Services Specialist.Managed Services Onsite
Philadelphia, PA(onsite)


Responsibilities:

  • Operate high-volume duplicating, scanning, and mail processing equipment.
  • Handle shipping, receiving, sorting, and distributing mail/faxes, and apply postage as needed.
  • Perform copier maintenance and repair at customer sites.
  • Run high-volume copy machines and complete binding and finishing tasks.
  • Use image handling software and operate MS Office and email systems.
  • Conduct daily inspections of convenience copiers, clearing paper jams, and notifying technicians of issues.
  • Maintain records for management reports and inventory of supplies.
  • Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail to designated drop-off points.
  • Calculate charges for jobs and maintain billing logs.
  • Coordinate and respond to service calls as needed.
  • Deliver completed jobs to customer locations, both within and outside the site.
  • Maintain daily meter and service logs.
  • Travel between customer buildings as required.
  • Answer customer questions about job status and feasibility.
  • Keep copier areas neat and well-stocked.
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks using equipment like shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, and postage meters.
  • File and archive documents as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Some related experience in copy jobs preferred.
  • May require a valid driver s license and auto insurance per company policy.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Technical aptitude with printers, copiers, and other office equipment.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
