On-Site Services Specialist
Philadelphia, PA (onsite)

Manager's Job Description:

Daily duties will include Copying/Scanning documents, delivering mail. Physical requirement will include walking - Delivering mail and pushing mail carts. No lifting over 50lbs. A successful candidate will have File Clerk or mailroom experience. The candidate will have the opportunity to become perm with Ricoh after 320 hours worked. The client is Marshall. Worksite address is 2000 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 United States. Candidate is responsible for their own parking.

Provides operational support in document processing, mail handling, and equipment maintenance. Responsibilities include managing high-volume duplicating and scanning tasks, sorting and distributing mail, assisting with copier maintenance, and using binding and finishing equipment as needed. This position reports to a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager, depending on site setup.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume copy machines and document scanners.
• Manage image handling software and MS Office tasks.
• Perform basic maintenance on copiers, including paper jam clearance; coordinate service calls as needed.
• Keep records for management reports and track supply inventories.
• Distribute office supplies, mail, and completed jobs to designated locations.
• Handle shipping, receiving, and filing, including archiving old documents.
• Use bindery equipment and basic office tools, such as staplers and postage meters.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in copier areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience in copy/print services preferred.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver s license may be required.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 55 lbs and pushing equipment.
