Seeking a Passionate Pediatric Allergist for a Thriving Practice at a Level I Children's Trauma Center (Philadelphia, PA)!

Virtus Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a leading Level I Children's Trauma Center in Philadelphia, PA to find an exceptional Pediatric Allergist to join their growing team! This outpatient practice, conveniently located on the hospital campus, offers a unique opportunity to serve a diverse pediatric population while contributing to a world-class healthcare institution.

In This Fulfilling Role, You Will:

Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric allergic and immunologic conditions, including asthma, eczema, food allergies, and immune deficiencies.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

Perform allergy skin testing and in-office spirometry (lung function testing).

Provide comprehensive patient education and counseling to empower families in managing allergies.

Collaborate with other specialists within the Children's Trauma Center to deliver seamless, coordinated care.

Participate in resident and medical student teaching, fostering the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics.

Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Allergy/Immunology Fellowship program.

Valid Pennsylvania unrestricted medical license or the ability to obtain one.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a pediatric allergy practice is preferred.

Strong clinical knowledge of pediatric allergic and immunologic disorders.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to pediatric care.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
