As a Personal Assistant at Sociaxe, you will provide comprehensive support to our executive team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily schedules and meetings for executives

Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Assist in project management and follow up on deadlines

Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries on behalf of executives

Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing expenses, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
