Job description

Urgent need for a Nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant for Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Duties
Must Have an Active PA License
Emergency/Temp Privileges granted
Because ICU management is required: ACNP is required to work in acute care. APP will be exposed to the ICU, but will not manage patients independently. It is not very important to have ICU experience, but one does need to be an acute care NP or a PA-C
Procedures: Central line removal and drain removal. Most of the work is writing notes, placing orders, consults, discharges, and admissions.
Patient Volumes: 2-5
Additional Staff: Physicians, Residents, APPs
Trauma Level 1
EMR: Cerner
