Position Summary: DealerFLEX is seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, proven sales experience, and organizational skills. This role requires frequent travel to engage with potential clients and sell DealerFLEX's hospitality and transportation services. Key Responsibilities: Proven ability as an independent self-starter who is able to thrive with minimal supervision. Identify, engage, present and sell to potential clients within the automotive dealership sector. Ability to create and execute an effective sales plan focusing on new business. Results-driven approach, complemented by an engaging, professional presence. Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close. Develop, maintain, and grow a continuous sales pipeline. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote DealerFLEX services. Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Qualifications: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and attend industry events. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Attention to detail for capturing all prospect interaction notes into CRM. Ability and willingness to travel - be a road warrior! Action-oriented approach with demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals. Proven track record of sales success in the automotive or related industry. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 base salary Commission package including commissions and bonus opportunities DealerFLEX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
