A client of Innova Solutions is hiring for a Client Setup Quality Analyst.

Position type: Full time - Contract

Duration: 3+ Months

Location: Philadelphia, PA

As a Client Set Up Analyst, you will:

• Participate in pre and post implementation audits of client benefits and setup.
• Prepare accurate and complete claims test scenarios.
• Perform comprehensive group setup audits to validate setup accuracy and/or compliance issues to ensure quality setup for clients.
• Be responsible for reviewing claims and systems to validate benefit setup accuracy for Medical products including Ancillary Setup as required.
• Effectively document and review audit results to ensure benefits are compliant with set up requirements and Client's contracted benefits.
• Assist Configuration team with building of benefit plans.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred. In lieu of degree, must have 3-4 years relevant experience.
• Experience with HealthRules Manager/Designer preferred.
• High level technical aptitude required - experience to use Microsoft Office and to learn proprietary and vendor systems. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel and Power Point.)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range : $35 - $36 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
