Job Overview

DiD is growing! We're looking for a Senior Designer with at least 3-5 years of pharma/wellness agency experience to join our team. In this role, you'll partner with writers and other internal team members to help execute designs focused in both the digital and print space!

Responsibilities:
Enhances and refines design skills: color theory, spacial relationships, typography, and composition

Demonstrates broad knowledge of print production, photography, and videography

Strong understanding of usability, information architecture, and responsive design

Leverages experience to begin creating unique and original design solutions; brainstorms concepts with the team

Understands and effectively follows the creative brief

Innovates, surprises and delights clients with efficient delivery of timely, quality work

Offers new and unique ideas and concepts; easily shifts style to adapt to clients' needs

Qualifications:
3-5 years minimum experience working in advertising, marketing, or a related field required

Experience within pharmaceutical and/or healthcare marketing environment required

Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically PhotoShop, Illustrator, and InDesign required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated creative skills

Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently

Demonstrated initiative as a self-starter
