Overview The Senior Planner, Commercial Supply Chain will coordinate supply planning operations (procurement, manufacturing, transportation) according to demand forecasts across both commercial and clinical programs in support of company goals and objectives. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Serves as primary point of contact for CMOs and 3PLs for planning, scheduling, storage, and transportation. Work closely with Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, and a network of CMOs & 3PLs to develop, coordinate and manage the execution of the supply plan. Generates and manages schedules for product fill, pack, and labeling. Ensures proper inventory control of bulk drug substance, drug product, and final product at all locations including serialized products. Develop and manage product related projects such as labeling updates, packaging changes and other changes or improvement to existing supply chain process. Effectively support management, forecasting, and distribution of co-therapy drugs in the US and ROW for all clinical programs. Proactively manages the performance and relationship of logistics couriers, external warehouses, and other suppliers. Implement key performance measures to continuously refine and improve the product transport and on-time delivery at the lowest cost. Collaborates effectively with multiple individuals and organizations in a cross-functional, team- oriented environment. Prepares, reviews, and presents data, reports and presentations as assigned. Interface with all levels of organization, including senior management. Other duties as assigned. Required Education, Skills, and Knowledge Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field. 9+ years in a related supply chain/planning/logistics role. Ability to work with multiple database and electronic systems. Must display strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail required. Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills including presentations and ability to influence all levels of staff, including executives. Experience in writing SOPs. Advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex problems using multiple sources of information. Good business acumen, ability to think strategically and analytically, including financial analysis. Comfortable in a fast-paced small company environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities. Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering a timely and high-quality end work product. Skilled with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Potential exposure to latex, bleach, loud noise, lab equipment hazards, strong odors, and chemical/biochemical is possible. Requires operating standard office equipment and keyboards.
