CTG is seeking a Senior Project Managers to play a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of new Healthcare Facilities that support exception family-patient experience with state-of-the-art digital technologies throughout.
These positions require strategic thinking with extensive experience in healthcare new facility construction and project management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects related to the development of the new patient facilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that all milestones are achieved.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing solutions to address challenges as they arise.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices in construction and facility management.
Foster strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
Prepare and present detailed reports and documentation on project progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on facility construction or renovation.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, including safety and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
PMP certification
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Demonstrated experience with:
Program Governance Framework Development , Program Planning, Roadmap Development
Program Monitoring and Reporting
Risk and Issue Management
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration (hospital staff, external vendors, various IT teams)
Coordination of technology installations, testing, and training
Coordination of medical device deployments

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $160,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
