Speech Language Pathologist Job Summary: We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our Early Intervention team in the Philadelphia, PA area! You will provide home-based services to children ages birth to 3. We are looking for therapists who are passionate about helping young children achieve their maximum development. You will have the special opportunity to directly involve parents in your therapy sessions.

Speech Language Pathologist Pay & Perks:

Salary from $85.00 - $110.00 per hour (contract, per diem, and part-time available)

Schedule Monday - Friday, no nights

A strong mentorship program with clinical supervisors who have extensive experience in all clinical areas

Flexible scheduling with office staff that pay close attention to your scheduling preferences

Choose the county and towns that work best for you. Extra emphasis to maximize the geographic location and days of service on your caseload

Administrative staff work closely with therapists to maintain time-efficient caseloads

Payment to therapists twice per month via direct deposit

No minimum caseload requirement

Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:

Valid state license required

Masters degree required

Minimum 1 year ST experience

Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience

Speech Language Pathologist Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinating the schedule of sessions with the family

Providing home-based intervention - involving the child's parents and caregivers in your therapy session. Intervention is based on a plan of care developed by a multidisciplinary evaluation team

Follow the plan of care developed by the Evaluation Team

Focus on the child's motor-related milestones including: crawling, sitting, standing, and walking

Documentation of clinical sessions in a web-based documentation system

Conference with the Service Coordinator and other members of the child's intervention team
