Job Summary

As a Product Manager in the Global Device Organization at TPX, you will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of Comcast's WiFi product & cloud-based solution deployed across millions of Broadband devices worldwide. You will work with internal and external partners to build next generation WiFi capabilities to be used by our software solutions. You will partner with Engineering teams for product ideation, use case definition, technology exploration, feasibility, POC's, feasibility, analysis, and data gathering. You will have a rich understanding of Wi-Fi Standards, OSI Model, packet latency, and association frames.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Be able to translate technical concepts into simple terms and explain the "why".
  • Teams with internal/external partners and WiFi QA to deliver high quality product solutions on time.
  • Utilizes organizational skills, communication skills, and time management to ensure features/capabilities are planned and delivered on time. Be able to differentiate what is urgent vs. important.
  • Define KPI's and data requirements.
  • Drafts and manages requirements and other supporting business documentation (such as use cases, user-experience, executive summaries etc ).
  • Manages lifecycle of new products and services.
  • Contributes to the product vision across team and the organization. Creates and maintains a product roadmap that is aligned with the product & business strategy.
  • Conducts feasibility assessments and capability gap analysis (i.e., what is wanted vs. what is attainable).
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree
