Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Pool Foreman to lead and manage commercial swimming pool construction projects across the Northeast. This individual will serve as the site leader, overseeing a crew of six to ten workers and ensuring the project meets high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Leadership skills are essential to effectively guide the team and coordinate with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as site leader responsible for supervising and directing a crew of six to ten workers.
  • Lead and coordinate with on-site teams, including managing subcontractors and schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients, maintaining project timelines and addressing any on-site issues.
  • Utilize construction software to track project progress, manage resources, and generate necessary documentation.
  • Perform inspections to ensure safety compliance and address any potential hazards.
  • Manage project resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to stay on budget and schedule.
  • Adapt daily tasks and schedules as necessary to meet project objectives.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a foreman in commercial swimming pool construction, particularly with hotel, university, or waterpark projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing a team on-site.
  • Technologically adept with the ability to navigate basic construction software programs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly and work at various project sites primarily across the Northeast.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation:
