ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT ROLE:

• Match donor-related invoices with appropriate records for payment processing and administrative expenses.
• The Accounting Assistant will enter invoices into the system, prepare checks, and file paid vouchers.
• Prepare and send invoices for services to transplant centers, OPOs, tissue banks, etc.
• The Accounting Assistant will code donor and administrative expenses to the appropriate accounts.
• The Accounting Assistant will record and maintain donation reports via the Partnership Strategies Committee; perform other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT ROLE:

• Associates or B.S. in Accounting a plus.
• Must be computer literate & competent in Excel.

Salary $50,000- $56,000 based one experience.
This position is fully on-site.
