ACCOUNTING OFFICE MANAGER

CFS is managing a high-priority search to identify an Accounting/Office Manager for a family-owned business.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF ACCOUNTING OFFICE MANAGER INCLUDE:

  • Month-end closing and reporting using QuickBooks
  • Forecasting
  • Accounting Office Manager handles payroll for 85 employees using Paychex
  • Accounts Payable
  • Reconciliation of cash and credit card
  • Cash flow management and intercompany transactions
  • Accounting Office Manager is backup to answering the phones and various accounting inquires
  • Handle rental payments for various rental properties
  • HR responsibilities include tracking sick and vacation time and workers' compensation claims

Preferred Experience for the Accounting Manager:

  • Previous Payroll, AP, and monthly reporting experience required for Accounting Office Manager position
  • MUST be organized and have strong communication skills
  • MUST have great attention to detail!
  • QuickBooks experience is highly desired
