OVERVIEW OF THE AP MANAGER ROLE:

• Dedicate approximately 20-30% of time to processing invoices, adjusting based on business needs and volume.
• AP Manager will process all invoices efficiently and accurately in Job Router, ensuring correct posting in SAP.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to resolve parked, blocked, and past-due invoices, minimizing duplicate processing.
• Oversee and manage the A/P mailbox to ensure timely responses and issue resolution for internal and external inquiries.
• Coach, train, and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting continuous improvement.
• The AP Manager will review the A/P Aging Report to investigate and resolve aged items, maintaining current records.
• Prepare and monitor KPI and A/P reports, supporting accurate month-end closing activities.
• AP Manager will ensure compliance with company policies, maintaining professional communication and fostering positive team relationships.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AP MANAGER ROLE:

• Supervisory experience in a corporate accounts payable environment.
• Thorough understanding of full cycle accounts payable process.
