RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST

• The AR/Collections Specialist will prepare daily cash deposits and update the cash control sheet.
• Enter finalized cash receipts and update the accounts receivable ledger.
• Process daily credit card deposits and file check stubs and bank receipts.
• The AR/Collections Specialist will handle customer claims, chargebacks, returns, and bad checks.
• Manage accounts receivable inquiries and correspondence, and assist with special projects.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST

• 2 years + Accounts Receivable and Collections experience
• Attention to detail

Salary $40,000- $60,000 depending on experience
This position is fully onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.
