Call Center Sales Associate -Hybrid (after 90 day probationary period)

Requirements:

Call Center Sales Associate Responsibilities include:

• Schedule reservations and appointments for qualified leads
• Respond to customer inquires via online chat and telephone
• Process customer payments
• Obtain customer information and maintain an accurate database of tenant information
• Provide industry-leading customer service on all interactions
• Protect any sensitive or private information such as payment information and personal details by maintaining 100% confidentiality.
• Perform other call center-related duties as assigned or required by the Call Center Manager

Call Center Sales Associate Qualification include:

• 1+ year call center experience
• 2+ years sales experience
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills via phone and email
• Self-storage experience a plus but not required
• Must be able to work in a small team call center environment
• Must be able to work afternoon or evening shifts, including weekends
