Are you a seasoned professional in water and wastewater engineering looking for a leadership role? We're seeking a Water and Wastewater Department Manager for our office in Moon Township, PA, to lead a dedicated business line focused on water supply, sanitary sewers, stormwater collection, conveyance, and municipal services.

You must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. No C2C or 3rd parties, please.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and expand our role in western Pennsylvania while supporting project teams and our client base.

Collaborate with other water-focused practices to share resources and best practices.

Provide operational oversight, technical leadership, and strategic development.

Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high standards of service.

Lead strategic pursuits and develop technical and cost proposals.

Mentor and develop engineering staff, providing training opportunities and career guidance.

Flexibility to travel within western Pennsylvania and the Great Lakes region as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.

10-15 years of experience in design and management of municipal, water, and/or wastewater engineering projects.

Pennsylvania P.E. license or ability to obtain one.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proven supervisory experience and ability to work in a dynamic, hybrid workplace.
