OFFICE MANAGER
Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite)
$45,000-$55,000

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Office Manager to manage our client's financial records and oversee daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, office management, and a passion for the food industry.

Family-owned and operated.
Office hours 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM.
Overtime eligible!

OVERVIEW OF THE OFFICE MANAGER ROLE:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service in our retail store front.
  • Assist with inventory management and control.
  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE OFFICE MANAGER:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or office manager.
  • Proficiency in accounting software preferred (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
