  • 3-5 years Experienced Plaintiff Plaintiff Mass Tort & Toxic Tort Litigation Associate Attorney
  • Handle civil litigation cases related to asbestos/toxic torts .
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the litigation process.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved.
  • Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
  • Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage case files efficiently.
