Oxford Solutions is looking for a Staff Accountant to join our office in McCandless Township (north hills area of Pittsburgh, PA). This position is onsite 5 days a week.

In this Staff Accountant role, you will manage both accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) for two businesses-our staffing agency and a small property management company. This is a unique role for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, as it also includes administrative support and occasional property management duties.

Responsibilities

AR/AP Management:

Invoice clients weekly and manage AR for staffing and property management businesses.

Utilize client systems for invoicing and obtaining remittance details.

Manage past-due AR and follow up on outstanding payments.

Enter all payables and issue weekly checks for payables.

Process corporate credit card invoices and manage monthly rent payments and quarterly HOA fees.

Process 1099 forms for two businesses.

Administrative Duties:

Provide administrative support as needed.

Assist with new hire onboarding and offboarding.

Property Management Duties:

Serve as the point of contact for brokers, tenants, and property inspections.

Assist with resolving property-related issues as they arise.

Obtain vendor quotes and order building supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred

3 to 5 years of AP/AR management experience

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Prior experience in property management or administrative roles is a plus.
