Our client, a highly regarded law firm is actively seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. With a focus on toxic tort in asbestos defense matters, this is a unique opportunity for a dedicated legal professional to excel in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Associate Attorney specializing in Toxic Tort, you will be expected to:


  • Independently manage and handle toxic tort and asbestos defense matters with limited supervision.
  • Conduct thorough discovery, including document review, witness interviews, and evidence collection.
  • Prepare and take depositions of witnesses and experts.
  • Draft, argue, and respond to various motions and pleadings.
  • Assist in trial preparation and support trial teams as needed.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in toxic tort and asbestos defense litigation.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently.
