We're seeking a future team member for the role of VP to join our Business Continuity Team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL and is a hybrid position.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Support the creation of the strategy / determine the roadmap that contributes to the product's success

Understand users of the product; manage and engage stakeholders as needed

Conduct analyses, validate business user requirements and assess multiple design approaches to derive as much value as possible from the development work

Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals

Responsible for writing user stories and acceptance criteria in a through and timely manner

Prioritize features, stories, fixes appropriately; have a clear understanding of dependencies and urgency

Schedule and conduct grooming sessions to communicate business value and obtain estimates from the development team

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Seven to ten (7-10) years of total work experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process

Successful track record of developing products within deadlines

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
