TITLE: Security Administrator
TYPE: Contract

ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Remote or Hybrid

We are looking for a Security Administrator
The Security Administrator plays a pivotal role within the Access Management Team, ensuring efficient coordination and execution of daily tasks, with a keen focus on maintaining compliance standards
This individual is responsible for handling escalations, contributing to team training, and adhering to established procedures, all while fostering strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the point of contact for Access Management Team (AMT) related escalations, efficiently resolving issues and customer concerns
  • Adhere to and maintain comprehensive and accessible desk-side procedures, ensuring they are effectively utilized by the AMT
  • Serve as a vital member of the team, coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring the completion of tasks with a special emphasis on compliance mandates
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with business area clients by providing outstanding customer support, resolving issues promptly, and meeting needs and deadlines in a professional manner
  • Participate in staff training sessions on current and forthcoming system functionalities to enhance AMT performance
  • Implement processes or procedures with professionalism and timeliness, utilizing your knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Offer both technical and administrative support for system and data access, ensuring alignment with security policies and compliance standards
  • Engage in the evaluation and enhancement of security documentation and projects, contributing to the overall improvement of security measures

QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • The ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work within sensitive and confidential environments
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies
