Patient Care Representatives are responsible for maintaining a friendly, professional environment as our patients' first and last point of contact. They must be polite, attentive, and organized to enhance the patient experience.

Join us as a Testing Technician! you'll join a team of innovative and accomplished providers, surgeons, and clinical care staff. We are looking for a passionate, patient focused individual to join a busy but amazing team at Northeastern Eye Institute in Scranton, PA. We offer training for those with a medical background!

Responsibilities:
• Visual Fields
• OCT
• A-scan and manual Keratometry
• External and plastic Photography
• Fluorescein Angiography
• Fundus and optic nerve Photography
• Corneal Topography including OrbScan
• Slit Lamp Photography
• B-scans

Qualifications:
• Minimum of one year experience in a medical field.
• Experience in ophthalmology is a PLUS!
• Be a self-starter, motivated to stay current with new technologies.
• Have excellent communication skills and be detail oriented.
• Have the interpersonal skills necessary to interact with staff, doctors and patients effectively.
• Be able to handle a heavy workload with multiple priorities.
• Have excellent professional judgment.
• Be willing to travel between multiple offices when needed.
