Job description

Moyer Indoor Outdoor is looking to add an Inventory Coordinator to work across all lines of Moyer's Home Services divisions. The successful candidate will Support the management of the Companys multiple inventories including HVAC, pest, plumbing, and pool. This role involves maintaining optimal inventory levels, coordinating with various warehouses/departments, and ensuring accurate record-keeping to support our operational needs. This is an in office position based in Souderton, PA.


The duties and responsibilities of our Inventory Coordinator are as follows:

  • Monitor, track and maintain inventory levels for all divisions
  • Directly oversee the daily management of our inventory and vehicle software.
  • Ensure vehicle assignments, inspections, and maintenance schedules are completed regularly.
  • Collaborate with all divisions/warehouse teams to ensure accurate and consistent records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies, and procedures to manage inventory, including minimizing excess purchasing and ensuring stock availability.
  • Work with Accounts Payable to process, review, and reconcile invoices related to inventory purchases.
  • Generate inventory and fleet performance reports and other key metrics for management review.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors including resolving billing and payment discrepancies


Skills we are looking for:

  • Inventory & purchasing experience, preferably within the HVAC or related industry
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with Fishbowl Inventory Software is a plus.
