Hybrid Corporate Paralegal

Location: East Pittsburgh, PA 15145

Salary: $80K - $120K

Hybrid Schedule: Standard 9-5 with occasional overtime when necessary; hybrid WFH up to 2 days/week after successful onboarding period

Experience and Education: 4+ years and BA, BS, or Paralegal Certificate

Are you a detail-oriented corporate paralegal looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our client’s dynamic in-house legal team in East Pittsburgh.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate organizational documents and filings.

  • Assist with public company matters, including SEC filings.

  • Implement contract management procedures and maintain legal records.

  • Support a variety of agreements, including confidentiality agreements.

  • Manage compliance policies and training.

  • Assist with corporate finance, treasury, mergers & acquisitions, and litigation matters.

  • Review and process legal invoices.

  • Manage incoming legal correspondence and appointments.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a busy mid-sized to Am Law firm and/or in-house setting.

  • Demonstrated experience with corporate governance, securities, and commercial law.

  • Corporate Paralegal experience supporting Environmental, Energy, or Manufacturing industries is highly preferred, but not required.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
